The Lake Loting hosts many of the Premier League, Champions League, Coca-Cola Championship, and many other football games that are shown live on the two television screens in the front bar, as well as on the 10ft projection screen that is located in the back bar of the pub.

On sunday afternoons, at 2.30pm a special prize draw is made, for regular users of the pub. This is a cash prize draw, that increases by £5 every week when not won. The draw is made when a random number that has been asigned to a name of a user of the pub, is pulled out of a bag and the users name is read out of the record book. The user is only able to collect thier winnings if they are in the front bar at the time that draw is made.
